Before your WORKOUT.

We want you to be able to put in 100% during your first workout. That’s why we’ll make sure you feel right at home at SWITCH - the gym. To start the training off right, we recommend getting there well before it starts (20 minutes in advance). A coach will explain how the workout works and give you a heart rate monitor. The coach will set guidelines for your workout according to your personal level. 

during the SESSIon.

Every workout has a cardio component and a strength component. It includes different machines and equipment, such as treadmills, rowing machines, a HIIT bench and weights. Your coach will demonstrate all the exercises. He will refer to the performance screen, where you can see your heart rate and the desired result. The screen also shows you the right way to do the exercises. That way, you always know the situation. 

DIRECT RESULTs.

After the training, you’ll see a summary of your workout in the app. This shows you the number of SWITCH points you got, what heart rate zones you were in and the calories you burned. These statistics are the hard proof that you can be proud of what you did!
